Today, I am flying to Hong Kong to get Book of Deer's new collection all sorted for selling. I am so excited to see my family and friends but there will be more work than play during my couple of weeks back. This is always a busy time of year in the fashion calendar, the factories close for almost a month for Chinese New Year and it's a mad dash to finish everything on time. Once we have our SS14 collection in our hands we will be organising stock, photoshooting and shipping wholesale orders. I find the scale of this process a bit  overwhelming as I prefer to be working on my own in a corner but it is wonderfully satisfying when it's all done and dusted. I will be returning to London triumphantly with SS14 all ready to go and I'll be sure to share some behind the scenes photos with you...
